Product Description
We make every possible effort to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and colour reproduction is clear and true to life. Please note though that as cashmere is a natural fabric and all our shawls are handmade, small irregularities may appear from time to time. These characteristics are features of the product and reflect its unique nature and appeal – no two are exactly the same.

Availability
We know that when you place an order you want it to arrive quickly so we try to ensure products featured on our site are in stock at all times. Sometimes however despite this certain items may become unavailable due to high demand. If this is the case with your chosen item, we’ll let you know when you can expect delivery and also suggest an alternative product just in case you need it by a certain date.

Delivery
Within the UK you can chose either next day delivery for £4.25 or standard delivery (2-5 working days) for just £3.60. Charges for overseas deliveries will vary dependent on destination; exact costs options will be shown once address information is supplied. For any deliveries requiring a signature please make sure you give your full address and if possible that there will be someone available to sign for the delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. If you pay by cheque, delivery will take a little longer as we wait for it to clear before sending out your order, usually 5-10 days at the most.

The estimated delivery times given are for guidance purposes only and we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered within a certain number of days.

Items are delivered without payment of Customs duty or VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any relevant duties or taxes upon demand by the relevant authority in their home country.

No-hassle returns
It’s our aim to ensure all our customers are completely satisfied. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your new pashmina just let us know why. No matter whether it’s the wrong colour, not quite as you’d imagined or even if you just decide its not really your style, we’re always happy to exchange or refund any item as long as you if you return it to us within 14 days.

All we ask is that it is packed securely, in the same manner it was sent to you and that it is unused; if it smells at all of perfume or smoke we will be unable to offer this guarantee and will return it you. Please include the paperwork originally sent with your order and the reason you’re returning the item.

Returns should be sent to Apple Creations UK Ltd, 11 St. Andrew's Road, South Oxhey, Watford, Herts, WD19 7AD.

We strongly suggest that you send any returns via Recorded Delivery but if you chose not to, please obtain a proof of posting certificate as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges otherwise. Refunds will be made at the total discretion of the company management in accordance with these terms and conditions.
