How long will my delivery take?
All orders placed before 12.30pm Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day and will be with you as soon as the following morning, depending on your chosen delivery method. Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver worldwide and for all international orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For. As with our UK deliveries, it must go to an actual address not a PO Box, as someone will have to sign for the package.

Our delivery costs do not include any import duties; you will be responsible for any taxes or duty that might be payable.

Can I have a discount if I buy more than one?
We do offer discounts for anyone wanting to purchase more than one item. In addition to our special offers we offer all customers the following discounts:

10% off when you buy 3 or more
15% off when you buy 5 or more
20% off when you buy 10 or more

What can I do?
We understand that not everyone wants to purchase online and offer several other options. You can send us a cheque made payable to Apple Creations UK Ltd or postal order. If you’d like to pay by card, you can call us on +0044 (0) 208 428 0095 and confirm your order in person. Please send all payments to Apple Creations UK Ltd, 11 St. Andrew's Road, South Oxhey, Watford, Herts, WD19 7AD.

We do not accept cash payments.

What do I do if I want to return my purchase?
We are happy to refund or exchange any unworn item within 14 days. We can’t accept any returns in poor condition, ie if it smells of smoke or perfume.

Securely repack your purchase as it was when you received it. Please make sure you include the paperwork sent with the order giving the reason for the return, your payment method and where the return should be sent to. Return it to us, preferably by Recorded Delivery. If not, please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the Post Office.

How long does a refund take?
We will refund you as soon as we receive the goods back. Of course they must be in good condition, as specified above.

Refunds must be made by the method of payment, ie if you paid by credit card, the refund must go back on your card.

Can I wash my pashminas?
We would recommend that you dry clean your pashmina.

We’ve had feedback from previous customers that they have washed their pashminas at home with various degrees of success. If you do want to try this, please remember that this is not our recommendation and we cannot be held responsible for the results. The best reported method is to hand wash it with a gentle detergent in lukewarm water only, being careful not to rub or wring it too heavily, laying it flat or hanging straight and allowing to dry naturally. It is not recommended that you machine wash your pashmina.

Remember cashmere is a delicate fabric but with the correct care and handling your pashmina should remain beautiful and give you many years’ wear and enjoyment.

Can you match a specific colour if I send you a sample?
Yes we can. If we don’t have the right match in any of our swatch books we’ll let you know and see if we can send the sample to our factory to be specially created for you.

Can you create one-off designs?
Yes we can. You can let us know what you’re after by emailing us at enquiries@applepashminas.com or if you’d prefer to discuss it in person, by giving us a call on +0044 (0) 208 428 0095. Just give us a full brief and our talented designers will create something truly unique for you. The options are endless really- colour, design, embroidery, beads and other decoration; just let us know what you’re after and we’ll let you know what we can do.

How long will made-to-order designs take?
On average you should allow 3-4 weeks to receive your pashmina. This is dependent really on the complexity of the order but we’ll always let you know how long delivery is likely to be when you place your order.
